today, i went to go visit the spy museum in dc...being the hardcore spy freak that i am, i guess it was worth the 40 minute wait outside the museum in the freezing cold. the museum was nicely designed...upon entering, everyone was queued in line for the secret elevator that would take you up to the briefing room. once there everyone had to assume a fake identity and memorize it, for what purpose i still don't know. anyways, it was an interesting overview of the history of espionage and the interactive displays were very welcome. it was kind of like jogging my memory and digging up all these old stories that i had read in 6th grade.
